How to use the Girard Page Editor

You need you login and password to edit your pages. You can get login and password by using the form on the bottom of the main page for www.girardcityschools.org. Please include first and last name, desired password and iff you need more then one page.

To edit your page use the Page Editor link located at the bottom of the left menu. Use your login and password at this window below.



Once you login in it will take you directly to your folder for editing. You can now edit snippets of your web page. A snippet is a predifined area that allows you to quickly and easily update you page. Next select which "Snippet" you want to edit. Use the right drop down menu to choose which snippet you would like to edit. Once you choose a snippet then click on open.

Now that you have selected your file you can begin to make changes. You will notice a toolbar appears that allows you to edit the format and layout of your page. You can simply type in what you want on the page or copy and paste from exsisting documents. You can also be setup with the ability to upload images, documents, and other files. Once you have finished editing your page simply click save and your done.
