Dear Girard Families,

My goal as your superintendent is to ensure that every decision we make keeps students at the center, strengthens our schools, and reflects the pride of the Girard community. Together, we are building a district where academic achievement, safety, communication, staff engagement, strong operations, and responsible financial stewardship all work hand in hand to support success for every student.

This year marks an important milestone as we complete and launch our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan. This plan was shaped by the voices of students, families, staff, and community members. It is more than a document—it is our collective vision for the future. It outlines the steps we will take to elevate learning, create safe and welcoming environments, expand opportunities, and ensure that every student feels a true sense of belonging.

I look forward to our Girard students accomplishing great things—inside and outside of the classroom, on the playing field, and in every arena where they use their talents and passions to shine.

As we look ahead, I am confident that by working together, we will continue to accomplish great things for our students and our community.
